چکیده

Earth rotation parameters (ERP) are one of the key in realization International Terrestrial Reference Frames (ITRF). At present, Laser Ranging Service (ILRS) generates satellite laser ranging (SLR)-based ERP products only using SLR observations to Geodynamics Satellite (LAGEOS) and Etalon satellites. Apart from these geodetic satellites, many low orbit (LEO) satellites observation missions also equipped with retroreflector arrays, produce a large number observations, which used for validation. In this study, we focus on contribution multiple LEO estimation. The Global Positioning System (GPS) current seven (Swarm-A/B/C, Gravity Recovery Climate Experiment (GRACE)-C/D, Sentinel-3A/B) used. Several schemes designed investigate impact improvement, quality single-LEO solutions, combinations. We find that estimation an ambiguity-fixed can attain better result than ambiguity-float orbit. introduction contributes accuracy improvement 0.5%, 1.1% 15% X pole, Y pole station coordinates, respectively. coordinates be improved gradually increase involved length-of-day (LOD) is by 57.5%, 57.6% 43.8%, respectively, when increases three seven. Moreover, combination able weaken orbit-related signal existing solution. LAGEOS Compared solution, leads 0.6445 ms, 0.6288 ms 0.0276 LOD, addition, explore feasibility one-step method, jointly determined, based GPS present detailed comparison between solution two-step

Analysing the Orbital Movement and Trajectory of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) Satellite Relative to Earth Rotation

Next generation of wireless Internet scenarios include LEOs (Low Earth Orbit Satellites). Lower altitudes of LEO constellations could allow global coverage while offering: low end-to-end propagation delay, low power consumption, and effective frequency usage both for the users and the satellite network. LEOs rotate asynchronously to the earth rotation. Fast movement of LEOs makes it necessary t...

High Frequency Variations of Earth Rotation Parameters from GPS and GLONASS Observations

The Earth's rotation undergoes changes with the influence of geophysical factors, such as Earth's surface fluid mass redistribution of the atmosphere, ocean and hydrology. However, variations of Earth Rotation Parameters (ERP) are still not well understood, particularly the short-period variations (e.g., diurnal and semi-diurnal variations) and their causes. In this paper, the hourly time serie...

RSVP for LEO satellites

The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) is working on extending the traditional TCP/IP model for supporting multimedia and real-time applications on the Internet. Thus, new protocols have been developed such as the Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP). At the same time, there has been a growing interest in using Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. In the near future, when the Internet with mul...

Atmospiieric Profiles from Radio Occultation Measurements of Gps Satellites

Atmospheric profiles can be retrieved with techniques utilizing measurements of the propagation delay of signals from Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites observed by one or more receivers in low earth orbit. The. observations are made in a limb-sounding geometry when the radio path between the transmitter and receiver passes through the atmosphere. The various componen~s of the microwave...

Modeling spin parameters of Ajisai, LARES and the other geodetic satellites with SLR data

The Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data allows for the spin parameters determination of the fully passive, geodetic satellites. We have spectrally analyzed the long time series of the Full Rate SLR data delivered by the global network of the SLR stations and obtained information on the spin parameters, and the spin evolution, of the following satellites: Ajisai, LAGEOS-1, LAGEOS-2, LARES, Larets...
